jogging?

2day jacky n js invite me go jogging 2gether after class,
for me,
i din jog for almost several months d,
but since they invites,
n i can said that 不自量力,
then agree lo..

the earlier plan is we jog for 2 short round,
so actually i plan 2 jog for one round entertain them,
then they continue,
who knows?
they suddenly change plan,
they change the road path bcome even longer...-.-
then no choice lo,
juz hv the right to follow..lolx

at last,
i finish the 'trip',
they successfully jog back,
but then me walk back,
and late for a quite long period..haiz
hv 2 admit old d,
but sometime go out exercise like dis,
quite gd,
better than juz like me before,
eat, slp, online,
then nothing le..
the weight getting increase,
almost become a pig le..

on the way back home,
i walk alone,
actually i think to give up before,
but luckily i din do so,
bcoz if i cant even finish this kind of small stuff,
then wat else can i do?

very appreciate js n jacky accompany this annoying guy,
next time i will try 2 catch up u two le..
haha..
